“My favorite aspect of residential construction is the complexity. No two jobs are the same, and while there are always challenges, custom home building will never become monotonous. Every day is a new adventure.”
As Operations Manager, Brandon Faircloth assists in scheduling on all job sites, oversees the construction on homes that are assigned to him, and walks all the jobs with the other Project Managers at least twice a week to ensure that everything is on schedule. He also oversees all warranty and call back requests. Brandon is also very involved in the community on the company’s behalf, including a recent appointment to the Leadership Lee County Class of 2018-19.
Brandon grew up in Salem, a small town outside of Smiths Station, Alabama. Living with his family on 15 acres in the country and spending much of his time playing in the woods, he learned a love of the outdoors from an early age.
Following high school, Brandon attended Southern Union State Community College and achieved an Occupational Degree in HVAC services. He later continued his education at Chattahoochee Valley Community College where he achieved an Associate Degree in General Studies.
While at college, Brandon was also a manager at Mike and Ed’s BBQ in Auburn. He started working in construction in 2005 and has been doing some form of construction ever since. He ran his own residential remodeling company for two years before joining Homeworks of Alabama in 2016.
Brandon counts among his true blessings his wife Sarah and their beautiful daughter Charlotte. He loves anything to do with the outdoors, and practices Muay Thai 5 days a week. Brandon has been a volunteer at Gateway Family Church for several years and is happy to work as part of the media team. He and Sarah also serve in the Children’s Ministry.
