“I love to see a project come together and I have truly enjoyed the personal relationships I have built with our customers. It’s great to know that we have provided a quality product to them and built friendships in the process.”

Joshua Faircloth

Josh Faircloth went to Smiths Station High School and was heavily involved in sports growing up. Sports remains his love outside of construction. After a few semesters at Southern Union State Community College and Chattahoochee Valley Community College taking core classes for a Building Science degree, Josh realized that the opportunity to gain practical experience working for his family’s construction company was the best way for him to learn firsthand and earn a little money in the process. He worked sales for about 3 years before coming back into construction.

As Lead Project Manager, Josh maintains a quality work site through the build for his own projects, as well as helping other project managers with their build and with questions and issues. He handles scheduling of sub-contractors, materials ordering and warranty work, and finishing out the closing of homes with miscellaneous items to complete and customer punch lists.
