As Chief of Field Operations, Joshua Faircloth has ultimate responsibility for everything that happens in the field. He maintains quality work sites and helps other project managers with questions and issues. He also handles sub-contractor scheduling, materials ordering and warranty work (remove warranty work), as well as the closing of homes and customer punch lists.
Joshua Faircloth went to Smiths Station High School and was heavily involved in sports growing up. Sports remains his love outside of construction. He took core classes at Southern Union State Community College and Chattahoochee Valley Community College to pursue a Building Science degree. It wasn’t long before he realized the tremendous opportunity to gain practical experience working for his family’s construction company. Working for Homeworks has been an ideal way for Joshua to learn firsthand and earn money in the process. He worked sales for about 3 years before coming back into construction.
