We are thrilled to announce that Operations Manager Brandon Faircloth has been named to the Class of 2018-19 for Leadership Lee County, an organization built around identifying, developing and inspiring future leaders through professional development, educational opportunities and community involvement.

“I am passionate about contributing to the future of this amazing community, and I am excited to be part of this organization.”

The program begins in September with a kick-off retreat and reception and continues monthly through May. Monthly seminars highlight community issues and trends while incorporating professional development and providing the opportunity to hear from prominent leaders throughout the Lee County area.

“Leadership Lee County’s long history of working with upcoming leaders of our great community to give them beneficial information and guidance continues with this year’s class. We are excited that Brandon is joining us.”

As Operations Manager at Homeworks of Alabama, Brandon assists in scheduling on all job sites, oversees the construction on homes assigned to him, and walks all the jobs with the other Project Managers at least twice a week to ensure that everything is on schedule. He also oversees all warranty and call back requests. Brandon is also very involved in the community on the company’s behalf.

“We are so proud of this accomplishment for Brandon. Leadership Lee County is a great organization and we are thrilled that he has earned an opportunity to be part of it.”
